At Mirani, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with a product you purchased, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
 - Product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
 - Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.
 
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
 - Health and personal care items once opened.
 - Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale.”
 
Return Process
- Contact our support team through your account page or our Help Center.
 - Pack the item securely and include the invoice/receipt.
 - Drop off at your nearest pickup station or schedule a pick-up where applicable.
 
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
