Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery: 2 - 5 business days within Kenya.
• Same-day delivery: Available in select cities for orders placed before 12 PM.
• Pre-orders and bulk items may take longer depending on supplier schedules.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs vary based on item size, weight, and delivery location.
• You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit My Orders to monitor your delivery status.

Pick-Up Stations

You may choose to collect your order from a designated pickup station near you. Just select this option at checkout.
